Founder & CEO
Sulman Malik (BSPT, DPT, MPhil-PT, CRSP®, CSP®, PMP®) is an accomplished Senior Health, Safety & Clinical Leader with over 15 years of global experience bridging occupational health and safety (EHS) with advanced clinical practice. Throughout his career, Sulman recognized a fundamental disconnect in how organizations handle employee health: traditional safety professionals approach workplace hazards purely through a regulatory compliance lens, while clinical practitioners treat physical injuries only after they occur. By synthesizing advanced clinical expertise in human biomechanics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation with gold-standard enterprise EHS management, Sulman bridges this gap to deliver true 360-degree, high-ROI health and safety solutions that prevent harm before it happens.
Sulman’s unique value proposition stems from his ability to operate effortlessly between clinical medicine and industrial operations. Traditional safety consultants often lack deep clinical insight when evaluating physical strain, ergonomic hazards, and soft-tissue injury recovery, whereas off-site medical clinics rarely understand the operational realities of manufacturing lines, high-risk permit-to-work systems, or complex industrial workflows. Having managed multi-site EHS operations for Fortune global companies alongside leading clinical departments and university faculties, Sulman provides an integrated perspective that transforms reactive healthcare practices into proactive, zero-harm corporate cultures.
A Historic Foundation in Clinical & Academic Excellence
Sulman’s foundation in clinical healthcare is built upon world-class academic achievements and historic professional milestones. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from King Edward Medical University, where he also earned his Master of Philosophy in Physiotherapy. His clinical expertise spans over 15 years of autonomous, high-volume practice across musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and critical care domains within major tertiary-care hospitals, including the 2,600-bed Mayo Hospital.
Committed to upholding the highest international standards of practice, Sulman holds professional physiotherapy licensure and registrations across multiple global jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom (HCPC), Australia (AHPRA), New Zealand (NZ Board), and Pakistan (AHPC). Beyond direct patient care, Sulman has made significant contributions to clinical education and public policy, serving as an Assistant Professor, Senior Physiotherapist, in various internation medical universities.
Enterprise Health & Safety Mastery
Complementing his extensive medical background is a distinguished career in corporate health and safety leadership across high-risk, Fortune global enterprises.
